No collection of personal data

The app “Minimalistic Tabata” does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data at any time. There is no account, no login, and no registration.

No tracking or analytics

No third-party SDKs, advertising frameworks, crash reporters, or telemetry and analytics services are integrated. The app contains no trackers of any kind.

No network connection

The app never contacts a server and works fully offline.

Local data processing only

Your routines, settings, and workout history are stored exclusively on your own device. If you have iCloud device backup enabled, this data may be included in your personal Apple backup — that backup is under your control and Apple's terms, and is not accessible to us.

Lock Screen Live Activity

While a workout is running, the app can show a countdown on your Lock Screen. This is rendered on-device by iOS; no push notifications are used and no data leaves the device.

Health data

The app does not request access to Apple Health and reads or writes no health or fitness records.

Your rights as a data subject

The app processes no personal data, so there is no app data to access, rectify, restrict, port, or erase; deleting the app removes all of its local data from your device. For the server logs created when you visit the website, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection (Art. 15 to 18 and 21 GDPR). Contact us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Distribution via the App Store

The app is distributed by Apple. Apple processes data such as your download and purchase history independently of us, under Apple's own privacy policy. We receive only anonymous, aggregated statistics from Apple and cannot identify individual users from them.

This website

The website https://minimalistic-tabata.netlify.app/ is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you open a page, Netlify's servers process your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and your browser's user agent, in order to deliver the page and protect it against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Netlify is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which covers the transfer of this data to the USA. The website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and loads no external fonts or scripts.

Changes to this policy

If the app ever gains a feature that processes data differently, this page and the copy inside the app will be updated before that version ships.

Da keine Daten erhoben werden, existieren keine Datensätze zur Auskunft, Berichtigung oder Löschung; durch Deinstallation der App werden alle lokalen Daten entfernt.

Webseite: Die Webseite wird bei Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA, gehostet. Beim Aufruf verarbeiten die Server von Netlify deine IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, die aufgerufene Seite und die Browserkennung, um die Seite auszuliefern und vor Missbrauch zu schützen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Netlify ist unter dem EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert. Die Webseite setzt keine Cookies und verwendet keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Dienste.
